The video call events for the MIAMI concert and the VANCOUVER concert will take place on the same date. To allow the artist to share the tour experience with as many fans as possible, participation is limited to one ticket per person. We kindly ask for your understanding. Important Notes for Video Call Event Application
1. Personal Information Collection Notice
In accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act, the applicant’s personal data will be collected and provided as follows:
• Recipient of personal information : hellolive Inc., ARMADA ENT
• Items collected: Name, Date of Birth, Contact Number, Email, Address, Nationality, hellolive ID
• Purpose of collection: Application for Video Call Event
• Retention period: Disposed of after the purpose has been fulfilled (within 7 days after the event ends)
2. One Application per Account
Only one applicant is allowed per account. Multiple entries with the same account will not be accepted.
※ Please make sure to check your application status in MY BOX after applying.
Any issues caused by failure to confirm within the application period cannot be addressed once the period has ended.
📌 hellolive Video Call Guidelines
1) The VIDEO CALL event will be held through the hellolive mobile app.
2) A push notification will be sent before the event begins.
※ Please make sure to enable push notifications in the app settings.
3) Participation is only possible with the hellolive account used at the time of application. Account changes after application are not allowed.
4) On the event day, chat rooms for the event and the test call will open, where participants can communicate with staff.
5) You must remain in the chat room until your turn, as calls can only be connected while you are in the room.
6) A timer is built into the VIDEO CALL app. Once the allotted time has been used, the call will automatically end.
📌 hellolive Test Call Guidelines
1. Test Call
Before the event begins, a test call will be conducted to verify identity and check the call connection.
If verification is not completed during the designated test call time or if you miss the call, you will not be able to participate in the event.
2. Valid Identification Card for Verification
Identity verification is only possible with the IDs listed below, and only physical IDs with a photo will be accepted.
(Photos, scans, resident registration abstracts, or copies are not valid.)
• Korean nationals (Adults): Resident Registration Card, Driver’s License, Passport
• Korean nationals (Minors): Youth ID, Passport, Student ID with date of birth (middle/high school only), Government-issued certificate
• Foreigners: Passport, Korean Alien Registration Card
※ Only IDs that are not expired will be accepted.
※ Student IDs (including university IDs) are not valid unless the participant is a Korean minor.
※ If the name on the application does not match the name on the ID, participation in the event will not be allowed.
Notice
- Ticket cancellation/ change/ refund is not available. Please be aware before making a purchase.
- Streaming and Replay are only available on one device per account.
Illegal Ticket Transaction
- Any suspicious or confirmed cases of illegal ticket transactions are identified, the tickets will be confiscated without refund or prior notice after verifying the ticket information.
- For all inquiries related to illegal ticket transactions, please contact cs@hellolive.tv and provide evidence of the transaction (hellolive account ID). Please note that we will not reply to reporting emails, but we will make sure to take action.
Guidelines for Watching
- The chat room will open 30 minutes before the advanced event starts. Please take advantage of interacting with others in the chat room.
- Please be aware that in case of any delays in the on-site event start time, the online live streaming may also experience a delay.
Online Live Streaming Guidelines
- During the online live streaming, real-time AI subtitles will be provided.
(English, Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese, Thai, Spanish)
- Please note that simultaneous access from multiple devices using one account is not allowed. If simultaneous access occurs, the previous device will be automatically disconnected.
- For seamless viewing, we recommend connecting with an internet speed of 20 Mbps or higher. Depending on your personal network environment, there may be issues such as buffering, reduced video quality, or sound problems. Please be aware of this before making a purchase.
- Using 3G/LTE may increase data usage.
- Unauthorized distribution or alteration of the content without the copyright owner's consent is considered copyright infringement and may lead to legal consequences.
- Starting and ending times may be subject to change depending on the on-site situation.
🚫 Notice on Unauthorized Video Call Ticket Transactions
• The artist reserves the right to refuse service to any user who has obtained a ticket through abnormal means.
• Participation in this event is limited to the original applicant only. If rights are transferred or third-party use is detected, it will be considered unauthorized, and the ticket will be revoked without refund or prior notice.
• Accounts involved in the illegal sale or purchase of tickets will be treated as fraudulent accounts, permanently deleted, and will not be eligible for re-registration. Any tickets linked to such accounts will also be voided.
hellolive values equal rights and fair use for all fans. We kindly ask for your cooperation to prevent any unauthorized ticket transactions.

- Products will be shipped according to the schedule after the event concludes.
- The shipping schedule is subject to change based on production timelines and internal circumstances.
-Each order will be shipped separately, and combined shipping is not available.

- Products purchased during the event application period will be automatically entered, and cancellations or refunds after purchase are not allowed.
- Claims for defects or missing items must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- For exchange requests, please attach an unboxing video and submit it via email (cs@hellolive.tv).
* Claims cannot be processed without an unboxing video or if the video is edited (Including cases where the video is paused or the product is out of the camera frame.)
* Please review the claims policy before recording and submitting your unboxing video and photos.
- Minor spots or scratches that occur during the printing process are not eligible for exchange or refund.
- The outer box serves as a protective cover for the product; scratches and discoloration are not valid reasons for exchange.
