Delivery schedule: Shipment sequentially after late October *Due to the temporary suspension of EMS service to the United States, U.S. shipments will be sent via FedEx.
- Products will be shipped according to the schedule after the event concludes.
- The shipping schedule is subject to change based on production timelines and internal circumstances.
- Each order will be shipped separately, and combined shipping is not available.
- Winner benefits will be included in the first order only.
- Products purchased during the event application period will be automatically entered, and cancellations or refunds after purchase are not allowed.
- Claims for defects or missing items must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- For exchange requests, please attach an unboxing video and submit it via email (cs@hellolive.tv).
* Claims cannot be processed without an unboxing video or if the video is edited (Including cases where the video is paused or the product is out of the camera frame).
* Please review the claims policy before recording and submitting your unboxing video and photos.
- Minor spots or scratches that occur during the printing process are not eligible for exchange or refund.
- The outer box serves as a protective cover for the product; scratches and discoloration are not valid reasons for exchange.

✔ Purchasers who wish to specify a version should leave their preference under [Applicant Information Form > Desired Version].
✔ A random version will be sent if no specific version is requested at the time of purchase.
📌 hellolive Video Call Event Notice
1) The VIDEO CALL event will be held through the hellolive mobile app (You must sign up for a hellolive account before applying).
2) A push notification will be sent before the event begins. Please make sure to enable push notifications in the app settings.
3) Participation is only possible with the hellolive account used at the time of application. Account changes after application are not allowed.
4) A timer is built into the VIDEO CALL app. Once the allotted time has been used, the call will automatically end.
📌Video Call Guidelines
• A test call for identity verification will be conducted prior to the event.
- The test call schedule will be sent by email only to the winners.
- If verification is not completed during the designated test call time or if you miss the call, you will not be able to participate in the event.
• Before the event starts, ID verification will take place, so please make sure to bring your ID.
* The forms of identification that can be used for winner verification are defined as follows, so please check in advance.
(If ID cannot be verified, participation will not be permitted. If the applicant’s name does not match the name on the ID, participation will not be permitted.)
※ What qualifies as a valid ID?
* Korean nationals (Minors): Student ID with date of birth (elementary/middle/high school only), Youth ID, Passport, Government-issued license with photo and date of birth
* Korean nationals (Adults): Passport, Resident Registration Card, Driver’s License, Mobile ID (Government24, Ministry of the Interior & Safety & National Police Agency, PASS)
* Foreigners: Passport, Alien Registration Card (Foreigner: Passport or alien registration card only)
- Except for Korean minors, all participants are strictly prohibited from using student IDs (including university student IDs) for verification.
- For foreigners, the English name used for application must exactly match the English name on the ID, and only that name will be accepted for application.
- Only valid physical IDs with a photo and date of birth will be accepted. ID images, printouts, or mobile ID screenshots will not be accepted. You may be asked to open your mobile ID app on-site.
- Only IDs that are not expired will be accepted.
- IDs will only be accepted if they exactly match the event application information. The ID must include name/date of birth/photo to be valid. Participation will be denied if the information does not match.
- During ID verification, additional questions may be asked to prevent the use of forged or borrowed IDs.
• The VIDEO CALL will proceed in order, and participants will join when the video call is made during their turn.
• You must remain in the chatroom until your turn; otherwise, the call will not be connected.
• If the content of the VIDEO CALL is deemed inappropriate, the event may be forcibly terminated during the call.
• If anyone other than the winner appears or intervenes during the VIDEO CALL, the call may be forcibly terminated by the artist or staff. Only the winner is allowed on screen; if more than one person appears, the call will be ended immediately.
• The signed album will be prepared at the VIDEO CALL event.
- The “To.” will only be written in your real name (Korean/English).
- One of the albums you purchased will be signed and shipped. The signing page will be assigned.
• Signed albums will be shipped together with your original order after the event, so please note that delivery may be delayed.
• The organizer will not be responsible for any disadvantages caused by failure to read or comply with these guidelines. For inquiries, please contact hellolive (cs@hellolive.tv).
📌 VIDEO CALL EVENT Entry Guidelines
1) Multiple purchases for event entry are allowed. Only the winner may attend this event; proxy participation or transfer is strictly prohibited. All responsibility for damages caused by transfers lies solely with the individual.
2) If transfer of the winning ticket is detected, the winner will be restricted from participating in all future events.
3) This product includes an entry ticket, and applications are automatically processed upon purchase. Therefore, cancellations and refunds are not possible after purchase. Minors (born in 2007 or later) must purchase carefully with the consent of a legal guardian.
4) Applications will be drawn only based on the information provided (purchaser's name). The purchaser's name must be entered exactly as shown on your ID or passport in Korean or English. (Foreign applicants must register with the English name on their passport.)
★ If you place multiple orders under different order numbers during the entry period, they will be automatically combined.
★ Only one applicant per account is allowed. Proxy or multiple applications are not permitted. If the applicant information differs in any way, entries will not be combined.
5) This event may be canceled, postponed, or changed due to the artist or internal circumstances. The configuration of applicant and winner benefits may also be changed. Refunds or exchanges will not be provided for such reasons.
6) In accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act, the applicant’s personal information will be collected and provided as follows for product shipment and verification:
- Recipients of personal information: (주)hellolive, (주)YG ENTERTAINMENT, (주)YG PLUS
- Items collected: Name, date of birth, contact number, email, address, nationality, hellolive ID, ID photo
- Purpose of collection: Application for the fansign event celebrating the release of TREASURE 3rd MINI ALBUM [LOVE PULSE]
- Retention period: Destroyed after achieving the purpose of use (within 7 days after the event ends)
7) The customer is solely responsible for the following issues, and the organizer will not be held liable:
- If the package is returned due to reasons attributable to the recipient.
- If the order product cannot be received due to incorrect entry of application information.
- If more than one applicant’s information is used under a single account
8) After applying, please make sure to check your application status in MY BOX. Inquiries about issues caused by not checking within the application period cannot be made after the application period has ended.
9) Event products cannot be purchased together with other items. Please place a separate order for event products only. Orders that include non-event items may be subject to cancellation at our discretion.
