- Products purchased during the event application period will be automatically entered, and cancellations or refunds after purchase are not allowed.

- Claims for defects or missing items must be made within 7 days of delivery.

- For exchange requests, please attach an unboxing video and submit it via email (cs@hellolive.tv).

* Claims cannot be processed without an unboxing video or if the video is edited (Including cases where the video is paused or the product is out of the camera frame.)

* Please review the claims policy before recording and submitting your unboxing video and photos.

- Minor spots or scratches that occur during the printing process are not eligible for exchange or refund.

- The outer box serves as a protective cover for the product; scratches and discoloration are not valid reasons for exchange.

Please make sure to review the shipping and claims policies to minimize any inconvenience.

📢 <hellolive VIDEOCALL Procedure on the Day >

1. Access to hellolive app

2. Chatting Room (Waiting Room) will open 30 min before the event starts.

3. Enter the ‘ON AIR’ Tab.

4. Video calls will be conducted sequentially. stay on the waiting screen.

5. When the artist initiates a video call, proceed with the call.

<Please Note>

It's crucial to enter the chat room so that the artist can call you. Please do not turn off your screen.

While on the waiting screen, you can engage with other winners through the chat room. Enjoy chatting while waiting.

What is a VIDEO CALL event?

*Proceed to the hellolive mobile app

1) Artists and winners will hold a VIDEO CALL event through video call for a set time.

2) The VIDEO CALL event will be held only with the hello app. Please sign up for the hello and apply.

3) The VIDEO CALL event sends you a pre-push notification of the call connection before the call is made. Please make sure to activate the push notification in the settings within the app.

4)Identification is not possible by means other than the identification card below, but only by the real ID card with the photo attached. (It cannot be confirmed with photographs and scanned copies, abstracts of resident registration, etc.)

- Koreans (adults): Resident registration card, driver's license, passport

- Korean (minor): Youth card, passport, elementary, middle/high school student card with date of birth marked, and national accreditation certificate

- Passport or alien registration card only

* All ID cards are only accepted as not expired.

5) The VIDEO CALL event can only be held with a hello registered account collected through the process of consent to collect personal information at the time of application. (No change after application)

6) The VIDEO CALL event may be forcibly terminated by artists and staff if a person other than the winner intervenes during the VIDEO CALL event. Only one winner can make a call on the screen during the VIDEO CALL event, and if more than two people appear on the screen, the call will be terminated.

7) Please refrain from making any requests or words that cause inconvenience to artists during the VIDEO CALL event

8) For smooth progress, a timer is set in the VIDEO CALL app itself. The call will be terminated automatically when all the progress time is taken.

9) If the event winning ticket is transferred, the video call ticket will be collected and will be excluded from all events of the artist.

10) This event may be subject to some changes and cancellations without prior notice.

11) We will not be responsible for any disadvantages such as restrictions on attendance due to unskilled land, and please contact us through hello (cs@hellolive.tv ) for further inquiries regarding this signing event.

🚫 Illegal Ticket Transaction for Video Call Event

Artists reserve the right to refuse service to users who purchased tickets through abnormal routes.The tickets for this event are only valid for the original purchaser. Any attempt to transfer or resell the tickets to a third party will be considered illegal, and the ticket will be confiscated without a refund or prior notice.If tickets are found to be resold or transferred illegally, the seller’s account will be considered unauthorized and will be permanently banned from recreating hellolive account.Please be aware that if your account is deleted due to illegal ticket transactions, the ticket associated with the account will also be invalidated. hellolive always emphasize the equal rights and fairness of all fans.
