Due to circumstances within the agency, the following event has been canceled.

We would like to share the official notice from the agency as follows:

This is the EASTSHINE fan club representative.

We regret to inform you that the

[2025 EASTSHINE 1st FANCON – RECORD OF YOUTH],

scheduled for May 10 (Sat) and May 11 (Sun), has been canceled.

First and foremost, we sincerely apologize for delivering such disappointing news.

We had been preparing for the concert to create special memories between EASTSHINE and MUSCAT,

but due to unforeseen circumstances at the venue, we are unable to proceed with the event.

Unexpected partial construction work at the venue has made it impossible to use the facility,

and after extensive discussions, it has been decided that the concerts on the scheduled dates will be canceled and postponed.

Details regarding the new dates will be announced later.

We deeply apologize to everyone who had been looking forward to the concert.

Due to the cancellation, ticket refunds will be processed starting from May 2 (Fri).

Further information regarding refunds and compensation will be provided at a later date.

Once again, we sincerely apologize for this unfortunate announcement,

and we kindly ask for your understanding and support.

Please note that the prices on the official hellolive website and the hellolive app may vary due to platform-related fees. Refunds or cancellations for Cube purchases cannot be processed for personal reasons, as this impacts content providers. However, cancellations or refunds are allowed if a LIVE event is canceled or postponed by more than 24 hours.
