VIDEO CALL 이벤트란?

*hellolive app 으로 진행

1) 아티스트와 당첨자가 정해진 시간 동안 영상통화를 통해 VIDEO CALL 이벤트를 진행합니다.

2) VIDEO CALL 이벤트는 hellolive 자체 app으로만 진행됩니다. hellolive 가입 후 응모 부탁드립니다.

3) VIDEO CALL 이벤트는 발신 전 통화 연결 사전 푸쉬 알림을 보내드립니다. 앱 내의 설정에서 푸쉬 알림을 꼭 활성화 부탁드립니다.

4) VIDEO CALL 이벤트는 응모 시 개인정보 수집 동의 절차를 통해 수집된 hellolive 가입 계정으로만 진행 가능합니다. (응모 후 변경 불가)

5) VIDEO CALL 이벤트는 당첨자 본인 이외의 인물이 VIDEO CALL 이벤트 도중 개입하는 경우 아티스트 및 스탭에 의해 강제 종료될 수 있습니다. VIDEO CALL 이벤트 시 화면에는 당첨자 1인만 통화가 가능하며, 2인 이상의 인원이 화면에 나오는 경우 통화가 강제 종료됩니다.

6) 원활한 진행을 위해서 VIDEO CALL app 자체에 타이머가 설정되어 있습니다. 진행 시간이 모두 소요되면 자동으로 통화가 종료됩니다.
