📢 <hellolive VIDEOCALL Procedure on the Day >

1. Access to hellolive app

2. Chatting Room (Waiting Room) will open 30 min before the event starts.

3. Enter the ‘ON AIR’ Tab.

4. Video calls will be conducted sequentially. stay on the waiting screen.

5. When the artist initiates a video call, proceed with the call.

<Please Note>

It's crucial to enter the chat room so that the artist can call you. Please do not turn off your screen.

While on the waiting screen, you can engage with other winners through the chat room. Enjoy chatting while waiting.

*Proceed to the hellolive mobile app

1) Artists and winners will hold a VIDEO CALL event through video call for a set time.

2) The VIDEO CALL event will be held only with the hellolive app. Please sign up for the hellolive and apply.

3) The VIDEO CALL event sends you a pre-push notification of the call connection before the call is made. Please make sure to activate the push notification in the settings within the app.

4) The VIDEO CALL event can only be held with a hellolive registered account collected through the process of consent to collect personal information at the time of application. (No change after application)

5) The VIDEO CALL event may be forcibly terminated by artists and staff if a person other than the winner intervenes during the VIDEO CALL event. Only one winner can make a call on the screen during the VIDEO CALL event, and if more than two people appear on the screen, the call will be terminated.

6) During the video call event, please refrain from making requests or comments that may cause discomfort to the artist

7) For smooth progress, a timer is set in the VIDEO CALL app itself. The call will be terminated automatically when all the progress time is taken.

Artists reserve the right to refuse service to users who purchased tickets through abnormal routes.The tickets for this event are only valid for the original purchaser. Any attempt to transfer or resell the tickets to a third party will be considered illegal, and the ticket will be confiscated without a refund or prior notice.If tickets are found to be resold or transferred illegally, the seller’s account will be considered unauthorized and will be permanently banned from recreating hellolive account.Please be aware that if your account is deleted due to illegal ticket transactions, the ticket associated with the account will also be invalidated. hellolive always emphasize the equal rights and fairness of all fans. 📢 First-Come First-Served BasisTicket Purchse Notice

- Ticket purchases can be made more than its limit when multiple transactions are being proceeded at the same time.

In this case, you can check the ticketing status on MY BOX. If you don't see the ticket in MY BOX although the payment has been made, please contact cs@hellolive.tv and the refund will be proceeded within a week.

- Cube is the fastest payment method in hellolive service.

You can purchase the ticket faster if you charge the cube in advance and purchase it at the ticket open time. Charged cubes are not refundable, so make your purchase carefully.
