Delivery schedule (Updated) : Shipment sequentially after Mid December
- Products will be shipped according to the schedule after the event concludes.
- The shipping schedule is subject to change based on production timelines and internal circumstances.
- Products purchased during the event application period will be automatically entered, and cancellations or refunds after purchase are not allowed.
- Claims for defects or missing items must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- For exchange requests, please attach an unboxing video and submit it via email (cs@hellolive.tv).
* Claims cannot be processed without an unboxing video or if the video is edited (Including cases where the video is paused or the product is out of the camera frame.)
* Please review the claims policy before recording and submitting your unboxing video and photos.
- Minor spots or scratches that occur during the printing process are not eligible for exchange or refund.
- The outer box serves as a protective cover for the product; scratches and discoloration are not valid reasons for exchange.

사진회 응모 시 유의사항
1) 대면 팬사인회와 영상통화 팬사인회 중복 응모 및 당첨이 가능합니다. 이벤트 응모를 위한 중복 구매는 가능하며, 본 이벤트는 반드시 당첨된 본인만 참석이 가능하며 대리 수령이나 양도가 불가합니다. 양도로 인해 발생한 피해에 대한 책임은 전적으로 당사자에게 있으며, 당첨자 본인이 아닌 경우 티켓 수령 및 입장이 불가하니 응모 시 유의하시기 바랍니다.
2) 이벤트 참여권 양도 및 복제가 불가능하며, 적발 시 모든 이벤트 대상에서 제외됩니다.
3) 본 상품은 응모권이 포함된 상품으로 구매와 동시에 자동 응모가 되어 구매 이후 취소 및 환불은 불가합니다.
미성년자 (2005년 출생자부터 해당) 고객님께서는 반드시 법정 대리인의 동의 하에 신중한 구매를 진행해주시기 바랍니다. 추후 어떤 사유로든 환불 및 취소가 불가합니다.
4) 본 이벤트는 아티스트의 사정에 의해 취소 및 연기, 변경될 수 있습니다.

5) 응모 시 기입하신 정보로만 당첨자 추첨이 진행됩니다. (연락처 입력 필수) 주문자명을 신분증 및 여권에 표기 되어있는 한글 혹은 영문명 이름으로 응모해주시기 바랍니다.
(외국인 분들은 꼭 여권상의 영어이름으로 주문자명을 등록해주시기 바랍니다.)
★ 예약기간 동안 여러 개의 주문번호로 주문하신 경우 모두 자동 합산됩니다.
★ 1계정당 1명의 응모자만 응모가 가능합니다. 1개의 계정으로 대리 응모 및 다중 응모가 불가능하며,
응모자 정보가 조금이라도 다를 시 합산이 되지 않으니 이 점 유의해 응모 부탁드립니다.
6) 개인정보 보호법 관련 상품 발송 및 중복 당첨자 확인을 위해 당첨자의 개인정보를 아래와 같이 수집, 제공합니다.

- 수집항목 : 이름, 생년월일, 연락처, 주소, 국적

- 활용 기간 : 이용 목적 달성 후 파기(이벤트 종료 이후 7일)
7) 아래 사유에 대해 모든 책임은 주문한 고객에게 있으며 당사는 책임지지 않습니다.
- 수취인의 귀책사유로 반송된 경우
- 응모 정보 오 입력으로 인해 주문상품을 수령하지 못한 경우
- 1개의 계정으로 2인 이상의 정보로 응모할 경우
8) 이벤트 상품은 다른 상품과 함께 주문이 불가능합니다. 이벤트 상품 주문 시에는 이벤트 상품만 단독으로 주문
