- Products purchased during the event application period will be automatically entered, and cancellations or refunds after purchase are not allowed.

- Claims for defects or missing items must be made within 7 days of delivery.

- For exchange requests, please attach an unboxing video and submit it via email (cs@hellolive.tv).

* Claims cannot be processed without an unboxing video or if the video is edited (Including cases where the video is paused or the product is out of the camera frame.)

* Please review the claims policy before recording and submitting your unboxing video and photos.

- Minor spots or scratches that occur during the printing process are not eligible for exchange or refund.

- The outer box serves as a protective cover for the product; scratches and discoloration are not valid reasons for exchange.

Please make sure to review the shipping and claims policies to minimize any inconvenience.

We cannot be held liable for any issues arising from non-compliance with the provided guidelines.

What is the VIDEO CALL event?

1) The event allows the artist and the winner to have a VIDEO CALL for a set duration.

2) The VIDEO CALL event will only take place through the hellolive app. Please sign up for hellolive before applying.

3) Prior to the call, a push notification will be sent to notify you of the call connection. PLease make sure to enable push notifications in the app setting.

4) The VIDEO CALL event can only be conducted using the hellolive account created through the personal information collection consent process during application.(Changes after application are not allowed.)

5) If anyone other than the winner intervenes during the VIDEO CALL event, the call may be forcibly terminated by the artist of staff. Only one winner will be allowed on screen during the call; if more than one person appears, the call will be terminated.

6) To ensure sooth progress, a timer is set within the VIDEO CALL app. Once the allotted time is used up, the call will automatically end.

VIDEO CALL Event Guidelines

1) A test call for identify verification will be conducted before the main event.

The time for the test call will be provided via a separate email to the winners.

If you do not complete the verification during the test call time or are unavailable, you will not be able to participate in the main event. Please make sure to adhere to the test call schedule.

1) Join the hellolive VIDEO CALL event chat room 30 minutes before the event time to communicate and wait with other fans who have won.

2) The VIDEO CALL will be conducted in order, and you will receive a video call when it is your turn.

3) You must remain in the chat room to be connected for the VIDEO CALL, so please wait in the chat until it is your turn.

4) Once connected, you will participate in an online signing session with the artist.

*Please note the if the content of the VIDEO CALL is deemed inappropriate, the event may be forcibly terminated.

5) The signed albums will be shipped separately at a later date along with the original order

(Please understand that the shipping of the winners' purchased albums may be delayed since it will occur after the event concludes.)

6) If the allotted time runs out, the call will automatically end.

7) To protect the artist during the event, an event coordinator will be present, and all VIDEO CALLS will be recorded. If a winner uses inappropriate language, profanity, sexual expressions, or disparages the artist during the call, the call will be forcibly terminated without prior notice. The recording will be handled as follows:

- Purpose of Collection: To operate and manage the VIDEO CALL fan signing event.

- Items Collected : All content of the VIDEO CALL.

- Retention and Usage Period : Within 7 days after the fan signing event concludes or as required by applicable laws.

* The collected personal information will only be used for the purpose of event management and will be promptly discarded once the purpose has been fulfilled.

VIDEO CALL 이벤트 응모 유의사항

1)If you do not receive a VIDEO CALL at least twice during your turn and are marked as offline, you will not be able to proceed with the VIDEO CALL event. Please check the event schedule and apply only if you are available to take the calls. (If you do not answer twice, we will attempt to call you one last time at the end of the order. If you are still unreachable, we regret to inform you that you cannot proceed. Thank you for your understanding.)

2) The VIDEO CALL event will only be held through the hellolive app. Please sign up for hellolive before applying.

3) Multiple entries and proxy applications are allowed; however, duplicate winnings are not permitted. Participation in the event is only valid with the information provided at the time of application.

4) The transfer and duplication of event participation rights are not allowed. If detected, you will be excluded from all future hellolive events.

5) This product includes an entry ticket, and your application will be automatically processed upon purchase. Please note that cancellations and refunds are not allowed after the event payment, so make sure to purchase carefully. Customers under the age of 18 (born in 2005 or later) must obtain the consent of their legal guardian before making a purchase. Refunds and cancellations will not be permitted for any reason afterward.

6) The winner selection will be based solely on the information provided during your application. Signatures can be received in the winner's real name (in Korean or English) or a nickname. (Please note that, depending on the artist's circumstances, nicknames may not be permitted.)

7) During the VIDEO CALL, requests or demands beyond the album signature are not allowed (e.g., asking for drawings or personal messages).

8) Please submit your application using the name as it appears on your ID or passport in either Korean or English.

*Note that "TO." can only be filled out with your real name (in Korean or English). P.S. is not allowed.

*Names that differ from those on your ID or passport will not be accepted.

*We are not responsible for any disadvantages arising from incorrectly entered information due to your oversight.

★ Multiple purchases for entry are allowed, but only the same applicant information can be combined for duplicate entries.

9) If there are network connectivity issues for the winner, the event may be difficult to proceed with. Please check your network environment in advance.

10) The winner selection will be based solely on the applicant information provided during online entry (contact information is required). Please submit your application using the name as it appears on your ID or passport in either Korean or English. (Foreign applicants should register their name in English as it appears on their passport.)

★If you place multiple orders with different order numbers during the entry period, they will all be automatically combined.

(This applied only if the applicant information is the same.)

However, please note that each order will be shipped separately, so the applicant benefit photo cards my be duplicated.

* Within a single order, the benefit photo cards will be given without duplication. 

11) Event products cannot be ordered together with other items. 

12) In accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act, the following personal information will be collected and provided for shipping the products and verifying duplicate winners.

- Recipients of the personal information : Amond Company, hellolive, BELIFT LAB.

- Collected items: Name, date of birth, contact number, address, email.

- Purpose of collection :To facilitate applications and participation in the video call signing event for the release of the 2nd Mini Album [I'LL LIKE YOU]

- Retention period : Information will be discarded after achieving the purpose of use (7 days after the event concludes).

13) All responsibility for the following issues lies with the ordering customer, and we will not be held liable:

- Items returned due to the recipient's fault.

- Failure to receive ordered products due to incorrect entry of application information.
