In this case, you can check the ticketing status on MY BOX. If you don't see the ticket in MY BOX although the payment has been made, please contact cs@hellolive.tv and the refund will be proceeded within a week.

- Cube is the fastest payment method in hellolive service.

You can purchase the ticket faster if you charge the cube in advance and purchase it at the ticket open time. Charged cubes are not refundable, so make your purchase carefully.

*Precautions for fan meeting

1) Only the winning person can attend this event, and you cannot receive or transfer it by proxy. The person concerned is solely responsible for the damage caused by the transfer, and if you are not the winner, you cannot receive and enter the ticket, so please be careful when applying.

*Ticket Receipt Notice

1) Viewers will be checked from 14:20 on the day of the event and a seat lottery will be held.

2) When drawing seats, the spectator's legal real ID card (real ID card including photos such as resident registration card, driver's license, passport, and youth card) and phone number must be checked, and if not, seat drawing and ticket receipt are not possible.
