📢 Precautions for application

1) Only the person who wins the event must attend and cannot receive or transfer it by proxy. The party is solely responsible for the damage caused by the transfer, and if the winner is not himself, you cannot receive or enter the ticket, so please be careful when applying.

2) The right to participate in the event cannot be transferred or duplicated, so if caught, it will be excluded from all events.

3) This product includes a lottery ticket and cannot be canceled or refunded after the event sales period.

Minors (for those born in 2005 and beyond) are advised to proceed with the purchase carefully with the consent of their legal representative. Refunds or cancellations are not possible for any reason afterward.

A guide to the fan signing event

1) When confirming the winner, you can enter after presenting and confirming the real ID card with your picture attached to the on-site staff, so please bring your real ID card with you.

(Can't participate if ID is not identified, and cannot participate in the event if the name of the applicant and the name of the ID are different.)

2) Identification cannot be verified by means other than the ID below, but only by the physical ID with the photo attached. (You cannot check with the photo taken, scanned copy, resident registration copy, and certified copy.)

- Koreans (adults): Resident registration card, driver's license, passport

- Koreans (minor): Elementary/middle/high school student card with juvenile card, passport, date of birth marked, and national accredited certificate

- Foreigners: Passport or alien registration card only

3) All winners, except Korean minors, will not be allowed to use their student ID cards (including universities) for identification purposes. The ID cards are only accepted as they have not expired.

4) If you are caught transferring the winning ticket to the signing event, you will be removed from the site and will be excluded from all events of the artist.

5) Signatures to receive signatures will be prepared on site during the signing event, and signatures can only be received on the relevant paper. Post-it questions are also difficult to ask. If you receive an autograph on an item other than a designated photo card/CD/personal belongings, it will be collected by the on-site staff

6) Only your real name (Korean/English) can be signed.

7) Electronic devices including cameras, mobile phones, smart watches, and wireless earphones are prohibited while signing and waiting, so please leave them at your seat.

8) There will be a confirmation process by the on-site staff when carrying mobile phones and recordable devices (including Bluetooth earphones and smart watches) while signing and waiting, and if caught, the win may be canceled or forced to leave depending on the on-site situation.

9) You can only sit in your own seat, and you cannot move your seat during the signing event.

10) For smooth progress, please participate in the event according to your reserved seat number,

It is not possible to install a camera (triangle) or place personal belongings in a location other than your seat.

Please cooperate with the staff's guidance on this.

11) Beverages or food (cakes and snacks, etc.) cannot be delivered as props. Please keep this in mind.

12) If you make unreasonable demands on the artist or make offensive remarks such as yelling or swearing, you will be sent off.

13) Please refrain from acts that cause inconvenience to other participants, such as attempting to communicate loudly to the artist, making excessive personal comments, shouting, chanting, and standing up.

14) If a member is required to make unnecessary physical contact or is forced to leave.

15) Doodles are not allowed on the member's body such as cheeks and hands.

16) Broadcasting of SNS live broadcasts is prohibited at the fan signing event. If caught, you will be sent off.

17) For the smooth progress of the signing event, please follow the control of the on-site staff. (If you don't comply with the control, you may be forced to leave.)

18) Please understand in advance that members may be absent due to unavoidable circumstances or schedules, and the notice of absence may be announced immediately before the event.

19) This signing event is subject to partial change and cancellation without prior notice.

20) Please be aware of the above precautions for smooth progress of the event, and in addition to the information provided, it will interfere with the progress

If judged, there may be restraints from field staff.

21) Presents can be delivered at the fan signing event.

22) Depending on the progress of the fan signing event, you may not be able to use the props you prepared.

Online Live Streaming Guidelines

- During the online live streaming, real-time AI subtitles will be provided. (Korean, English, and Japanese)

- Please note that simultaneous access from multiple devices using one account is not allowed. If simultaneous access occurs, the previous device will be automatically disconnected.

- For seamless viewing, we recommend connecting with an internet speed of 20mbps or higher. Depending on your personal network environment, there may be issues such as buffering, reduced video quality, or sound problems. Please be aware of this before making a purchase.

- Using 3G/LTE may increase data usage.

- Unauthorized distribution or alteration of the content without the copyright owner's consent is considered copyright infringement and may lead to legal consequences.
