Identification Verification Notice
• For participation, you must bring a valid physical photo ID. Only physical IDs with a photo are accepted. If the applicant’s name does not match the name on the ID, participation in the event will not be permitted.
※ Valid forms of identification are:
- Korean Nationals: Passport, Resident Registration Card, Driver’s License, Youth Card (issued at community centers), Mobile ID (Government24, Ministry of the Interior & Safety & Korean National Police Agency, PASS)
- Non-Korean Nationals: Passport, Alien Registration Card (Issued by the Korean Government)
* IDs other than those listed above will not be accepted (student ID, copies, photos, resident registration certificate, etc.).
* Photos of IDs, printed copies, or screenshots of mobile IDs are not accepted. You may be asked to launch the official mobile ID app for verification.
* Only the physical ID that matches the information submitted during the event application—showing the name, date of birth, and photo—can be used for verification. Participation may be restricted if the information does not match.
* All IDs must be physical cards with valid (unexpired) expiration dates.
* If the photo attached to the ID does not resemble the participant or is damaged and difficult to verify, the ID will not be accepted.
IDs with information that cannot be identified will not be recognized as valid.
* For Korean nationals, the ID must clearly display a photo, full name, and date of birth (6 digits) and must be issued by a government authority.
* For ID issuance confirmation documents, the official seal of the issuing institution must be included, and personal details such as the photo, issuance number, and validity period must be covered with a transparent security sticker. Items suspected of forgery or alteration may not be accepted.
* If a participant entered the event using a name other than the English name on their passport, additional verification with an ID that includes both a photo and the non-English name may be requested at the venue. Please prepare accordingly.
* Additional questions or secondary verification may be required to prevent the use of transferred or forged IDs.
* In accordance with the ENHYPEN Fan Etiquette Rules, participants who violate fan etiquette during this event may be subject to restrictions on participation.
* Participants under the age of 14 must submit a legal guardian's consent at the time of application. If the participant is under 14 years old, please contact hellolive (cs@hellolive.tv). Please check all guidelines carefully to avoid any disadvantages.
Video Call Event Guidelines
• During this video call fan signing event, the “To.” name may be written only under the winner’s legal name.
• Requests or demands other than album signing are not permitted (e.g., drawings, postscript messages, etc.). If excessive, inappropriate, or uncomfortable requests or behavior toward the artist persist, the call will be terminated.
• For winners who purchased THE SIN : VANISH [FORBIDDEN Ver. / AFTERLIGHT Ver. / STORM Ver.], one album from the purchased versions will be signed.
• For winners who purchased THE SIN : VANISH (FUGITIVES Ver.), the artist will sign on a separately prepared paper. Please take note when applying.
• Signed albums or signed paper will be prepared on-site. They will be shipped together with the originally ordered albums after the event, so shipping may be delayed.
• To ensure the artist’s safety, an event staff member will supervise the session, and all video call sessions will be recorded. If, during the event, the winner engages in inappropriate behavior or sudden actions—including the use of profanity, vulgar language, sexual expressions, or defamation of the artist—the call will be forcibly terminated without prior notice. The recorded content will be handled as follows:
- Purpose of Collection and Use: Operation and management of the video call fansign event
- Items Collected and Used: Entire contents of the video call
- Retention and Usage Period: Within 7 days after the fansign event ends, or the preservation period required by relevant laws
* The collected personal information will be used solely for event operation and will be destroyed without delay once the purpose of use has been fulfilled.
Notice on Illegal Transactions
• This event is open only to the original applicant. If any transfer of participation rights to a third party or any illegal transaction is detected, the ticket may be revoked without refund.
• Any account involved in the illegal sale or purchase of tickets will be permanently deleted, and re-registration will not be allowed. Upon account deletion, all related tickets will also be invalidated.

• In accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act, applicants’ personal information will be collected and provided as outlined below.

- Collected items: Name, date of birth, contact number, email address, nationality
- Purpose of collection: Application for the video call event celebrating the release of ENHYPEN 'THE SIN : VANISH'
- Retention period: Information will be destroyed after the purpose of use has been fulfilled (within 7 days after the event ends)

- Purpose of collection: Operation of the video call event and product shipment for celebrating the release of ENHYPEN 'THE SIN : VANISH'

Additional Information
• This notice is subject to change or cancellation without prior notice due to circumstances of the organizer or the artist.
• The event may be canceled, postponed, or modified depending on the situation, and the contents of event benefits may also change. In such cases, refunds or exchanges will not be available.
• Due to unavoidable circumstances, some members may be unable to participate. Notice of non-participation may be announced shortly before the event. No refunds or exchanges will be provided in such cases.
• The organizer shall not be held responsible for any issues arising from the following circumstances, which are deemed the customer’s responsibility:
- Returned shipments due to recipient-related reasons
- Failure to receive items due to incorrect application information
- Use of information for more than one person under a single account

VIDEO CALL
Apply for Event
- When you purchase the product, you are automatically entered into the event. Cancellation or refund after purchase is not available.
- If you place multiple orders during the entry period, all entries will be automatically combined.
- Only one participant can apply per account; proxy or multiple applications are not allowed.
- Entries will not be combined if the applicant information differs, even slightly, so please make sure your details are consistent.
Check MY BOX
- You can check your entry status and winning results in ‘MY BOX’
Install Mobile App
- Video calls can only be joined through the hellolive mobile app.
- After installing the app, please make sure to allow camera and microphone access.
- Push notifications are sent before the event begins, so please enable push notifications in the app settings.
Complete Test Call
- You cannot participate in the Video Call without completing the test call.
- The test call will take place on the day of the event, prior to the main event.
- Please prepare the identification document specified on the event detail page for identity verification.
Connect to Video Call
- You must remain in the chatroom until it is your turn to connect to the video call.
- Only one-on-one calls are allowed. If anyone other than the winner participates, the call may be forcibly terminated.
- If the call cannot be connected or is interrupted due to the participant’s network or device issues, a reattempt will not be possible.
- If any part of the conversation is deemed inappropriate, the call may be forcibly terminated.
Shipping
Order Notice
- Each order will be shipped separately, and combined shipping is not available.
- Winner benefits, if applicable, will be included in the first order only.

- Shipping timelines may vary depending on production periods or internal circumstances.
- Shipping may be delayed during special seasons such as Black Friday, holidays, etc.

Changing Your Shipping Address
- If payment is completed: You may edit your shipping address directly in MY BOX.
- If the order is being prepared for shipment: Please contact Customer Service to check if modifications are still possible.
Pre-Order
- If your order includes pre-order items, shipping will follow the scheduled date.
- Please check the estimated shipping date for pre-order products.
Customs ∙ Taxes
- Customs duties and taxes are not included in the product price. Additional charges may apply depending on your country’s import policies. hellolive is not responsible for any additional fees. Please review your country’s customs policies before purchasing.
- Refunds are not available for returns caused by unpaid or refused customs duties. Any customs or return fees incurred during shipping or return must be borne by the customer.
Shipping Issue
- Refunds are not available for delivery issues caused by an absent recipient, incomplete or incorrect address, or other issues. hellolive is not responsible for issues occurring after the shipment has been dispatched. Any additional shipping or return costs will be charged to the customer. Please check your tracking status regularly after shipment.
- Once the package has been handed over to the local courier, issues must be resolved directly with the local delivery service.
Damaged ∙ Missing Items ∙ Wrong Delivery
- If an item is damaged, missing, or incorrectly delivered, please keep the product and all packaging materials until the exchange process is completed.
- Exchange requests must be made within 7 days from the delivery date.
- An unboxing video — showing the shipping box included — is required to request an exchange. For details, please refer to the Exchange Guidelines.
Using a Forwarding Service or Third-Party Fulfillment Provider
- Using a shipping forwarding address is allowed, but compensation is not guaranteed in the following cases:
- Shipping delays
- Damaged ∙ missing items ∙ wrong delivery
- Any other compensation-related issues

Reason for exchange request :
- Please send the unboxing video along with the completed form below to hellolive via email(cs@hellolive.tv).
- A complete unboxing video, including all items and benefits, is required for any exchange request.
- Exchange requests cannot be processed if the unboxing video is missing, edited, paused, partially recorded, or otherwise not original.
Unboxing Video Requirements
- The entire process—from opening the shipping box to checking all contents—must be filmed in a single, unedited take.
- Products must remain within the camera frame at all times.
- The video must clearly show the moment when the defect or missing item can be identified.
- Shipping label must be recorded clearly so that the tracking number and shipping address (including recipient’s name) are visible.
- It is required to include a recording confirming that there are no cuts on any side of the unopened box (front, back, both sides).
- If the shipping label or box tape is damaged, exchange requests will not be accepted.
Additional Notes
- For album purchases, the album version and all included components must be fully verifiable to process an exchange.
- Minor ink dots or scratches that occur naturally during printing are not considered defects.
- The outer box (outbox) is protective packaging; scratches, dents, or discoloration on the outer box are not eligible for exchange.
Photocard Exchange Criteria
- Exchanges are available when the photocard shows defects such as stains, smudges, dents, or scratches 5mm or larger on the artist’s face, and when such defects clearly reduce the product’s value.
- Minor issues such as slight color or size differences, stains or scratches on the back, or horizontal printing lines that occur naturally during production are not eligible for exchange.
- Small scratches, dents, or dust marks on the body or background—considered unavoidable due to material characteristics—may not be eligible for exchange depending on stock availability.
