    1. Access to hellolive app

    2. Chatting Room (Waiting Room) will open 30 min before the event starts.

    3. Enter the on ‘ON AIR’ Tab.

    4. Video call will be conducted sequentially. stay on the waiting screen. 

    5. When the artist initiates a video call, proceed with the call.
