Guidelines for Fansign Event


1. Admission & Identity Verification

• The transfer or proxy receipt of entry tickets is strictly prohibited. If discovered, admission will be denied, participation will be canceled, and all related responsibilities will fall solely on the individual.

• All attendees must bring a valid physical photo ID for identity verification. Only physical photo IDs will be accepted, and the name on the application must match the ID.

(If the applicant’s name does not match the name on the ID, participation in the event will not be permitted.)

Expired IDs will not be accepted.


- Korean nationals (Adults): Resident Registration Card, Driver’s License, Passport

- Korean nationals (Minors): Youth ID, Passport, Student ID (middle/high school with date of birth), or government-issued certificates

- Foreigners: Passport or Korean Alien Registration Card only


2. Event Guideline

• Lost entry tickets cannot be reissued, and participation will not be possible without them.

• If ticket transfer is detected, the participant will be removed immediately and banned from all future events for the artist.

• Assigned seats must not be changed; unauthorized seat changes may result in disadvantages.

• For in-person event winners, one signed album will be collected onsite, while the remaining products will be shipped.

• Please follow all onsite staff instructions for smooth operation.


3. Recording & Filming Devices

• The use of cameras, mobile phones, smartwatches, wireless earphones, or any recording/filming devices during waiting or signing is strictly prohibited.

• All devices must be left at your seat or temporarily entrusted to staff. On-site staff will check for recording-capable devices (Bluetooth earphones, smartwatches, etc.), and participants must comply.

• If found with a device during waiting or signing, staff will check for recordings. Any unauthorized recording/filming will result in immediate data deletion, cancellation of eligibility, and removal from the venue.

• Live broadcasting of the event through social media platforms (Instagram Live, Facebook Live, etc.) is prohibited. Violations will result in the deletion of content and removal from the venue.


4. Signing Rules

• The signing will only be done on the NEWBEAT 1ST MINI ALBUM [LOUDER THAN EVER] (Photobook ver.) prepared onsite. (1m 30s per member)

• Requests for signatures other than the designated album, such as on covers, photocards, CDs, or personal items, will be stopped or collected by staff.

• The name to be signed must be your real name (Korean/English) only. Nicknames or aliases are not permitted.

• Only one artist’s signature can be placed on each page. Please mark in advance the page for each artist where you wish to receive the signature.

• Post-it questions are limited to one per artist and must relate to yourself or the artist.

• All post-it questions will be checked by staff before signing. Post-its that include another person’s name, multiple post-its for one artist, or content deemed inappropriate by staff will be collected.


5. Props & Gifts

• Letters and gifts can be delivered directly to the artist during the Fansign Event.

• Food and beverages are not allowed as gifts. Unopened drinks or food items with lids (such as cakes or snacks) may be used only as props, and cannot be consumed by the artist.

• Please hand over any props for the Fansign Event to the staff upon entry.

• Cameras (Polaroid, film, digital) may be used as props only if batteries and films are removed. (Toy cameras with built-in batteries or memory are not allowed.)

• If props are directly written or drawn on by the artist during the event, such items will be collected and disposed of onsite.

• Props will be returned after the fansign, but the organizer is not responsible for any lost items if they are not collected at the designated time.


6. Fan Etiquette

• Participants must remain in their assigned seats; moving seats is not allowed. Cameras (tripods) or belongings cannot be placed in other locations.

• Excessive requests, shouting, abusive language, unnecessary physical contact, or writing on the artist’s body are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in removal from the venue.

• Excessive personal comments, chants, shouting, or standing that disturbs others must be avoided.


7. Additional Information

• Please understand that, due to unavoidable circumstances, some members may be absent. Such absences may only be announced right before the event. Even in the case of member absence, exchanges or refunds will not be provided.

• This fansign event may be partially changed or canceled without prior notice.

• The organizer will not be responsible for any disadvantages caused by failure to read or comply with the above guidelines. For detailed inquiries regarding the fansign, please contact hellolive (cs@hellolive.tv).




hellolive Video Call Event Notice


• The VIDEO CALL event will be held through the hellolive mobile app (You must sign up for a hellolive account before applying).

• A push notification will be sent before the event begins. Please make sure to enable push notifications in the app settings.

• Participation is only possible with the hellolive account used at the time of application. Account changes after application are not allowed.

• A timer is built into the VIDEO CALL app. Once the allotted time (3m) has been used, the call will automatically end.


Video Call Guidelines


• For participation, you must bring a valid physical photo ID. Only physical IDs with a photo are accepted. If the applicant’s name does not match the name on the ID, participation in the event will not be permitted.

Only IDs that are not expired will be accepted.

- One of the albums you purchased will be signed and shipped. The album version and signing page will be assigned.

• Signed albums will be shipped together with your original order after the event, so please note that delivery may be delayed.

MEET&CALL EVENT Entry Guidelines


1) Multiple purchases for event entry are allowed. Only the winner may attend this event; proxy participation or transfer is strictly prohibited. All responsibility for damages caused by transfers lies solely with the individual.


2) If transfer of the winning ticket is detected, the winner will be restricted from participating in all future events.


3) This product includes an entry ticket, and applications are automatically processed upon purchase. Therefore, cancellations and refunds are not possible after purchase. Minors (born in 2007 or later) must purchase carefully with the consent of a legal guardian.


4) Applications will be drawn only based on the information provided (purchaser's name). The purchaser's name must be entered exactly as shown on your ID or passport in Korean or English. (Foreign applicants must register with the English name on their passport.)


★ If you place multiple orders under different order numbers during the entry period, they will be automatically combined.

★ Only one applicant per account is allowed. Proxy or multiple applications are not permitted. If the applicant information differs in any way, entries will not be combined.


5) This event may be canceled, postponed, or changed due to the artist or internal circumstances. The configuration of applicant and winner benefits may also be changed. Refunds or exchanges will not be provided for such reasons.


6) In accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act, the applicant’s personal information will be collected and provided as follows for product shipment and verification:

- Recipients of personal information: hellolive Inc, BEAT INTERACTIVE

- Items collected: Name, date of birth, contact number, email, address, nationality, hellolive ID

- Purpose of collection: Application for the fansign event celebrating the release of NEWBEAT 1ST MINI ALBUM [LOUDER THAN EVER]

- Retention period: Destroyed after achieving the purpose of use (within 7 days after the event ends)


7) The customer is solely responsible for the following issues, and the organizer will not be held liable:

- If the package is returned due to reasons attributable to the recipient.

- If the order product cannot be received due to incorrect entry of application information.

- If more than one applicant’s information is used under a single account


8) After applying, please make sure to check your application status in MY BOX. Inquiries about issues caused by not checking within the application period cannot be made after the application period has ended.

Complete Test Call

  • You cannot participate in the Video Call without completing the test call.
  • The test call will take place on the day of the event, prior to the main event.
  • Please prepare the identification document specified on the event detail page for identity verification.

Connect to Video Call

  • You must remain in the chatroom until it is your turn to connect to the video call.
  • Only one-on-one calls are allowed. If anyone other than the winner participates, the call may be forcibly terminated.
  • If the call cannot be connected or is interrupted due to the participant’s network or device issues, a reattempt will not be possible.
  • If any part of the conversation is deemed inappropriate, the call may be forcibly terminated.

Additional Information

The event may be partially changed or canceled without prior notice. Some members may be unable to attend due to unavoidable circumstances, and such cases may be announced right before the event.

  • Customs duties and taxes are not included in the product price. Additional charges may apply depending on your country’s import policies. hellolive is not responsible for any additional fees. Please review your country’s customs policies before purchasing.
  • Refunds are not available for returns caused by unpaid or refused customs duties. Any customs or return fees incurred during shipping or return must be borne by the customer.

Shipping Issue

  • Refunds are not available for delivery issues caused by an absent recipient, incomplete or incorrect address, or other issues. hellolive is not responsible for issues occurring after the shipment has been dispatched. Any additional shipping or return costs will be charged to the customer. Please check your tracking status regularly after shipment.
  • Once the package has been handed over to the local courier, issues must be resolved directly with the local delivery service.

Damaged ∙ Missing Items ∙ Wrong Delivery

  • If an item is damaged, missing, or incorrectly delivered, please keep the product and all packaging materials until the exchange process is completed.
  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days from the delivery date.
  • An unboxing video — showing the shipping box included — is required to request an exchange. For details, please refer to the Exchange Guidelines.

Using a Forwarding Service or Third-Party Fulfillment Provider

  • Using a shipping forwarding address is allowed, but compensation is not guaranteed in the following cases:
  • Shipping delays

Reason for exchange request :

  • Please send the unboxing video along with the completed form below to hellolive via email(cs@hellolive.tv).
  • A complete unboxing video, including all items and benefits, is required for any exchange request.
  • Exchange requests cannot be processed if the unboxing video is missing, edited, paused, partially recorded, or otherwise not original.

Unboxing Video Requirements

  • The entire process—from opening the shipping box to checking all contents—must be filmed in a single, unedited take.
  • Products must remain within the camera frame at all times.
  • The video must clearly show the moment when the defect or missing item can be identified.
  • Shipping label must be recorded clearly so that the tracking number and shipping address (including recipient’s name) are visible.
  • It is required to include a recording confirming that there are no cuts on any side of the unopened box (front, back, both sides).
  • If the shipping label or box tape is damaged, exchange requests will not be accepted.

Additional Notes

  • For album purchases, the album version and all included components must be fully verifiable to process an exchange.
  • Minor ink dots or scratches that occur naturally during printing are not considered defects.
  • The outer box (outbox) is protective packaging; scratches, dents, or discoloration on the outer box are not eligible for exchange.

Photocard Exchange Criteria

  • Exchanges are available when the photocard shows defects such as stains, smudges, dents, or scratches 5mm or larger on the artist’s face, and when such defects clearly reduce the product’s value.
  • Minor issues such as slight color or size differences, stains or scratches on the back, or horizontal printing lines that occur naturally during production are not eligible for exchange.
  • Small scratches, dents, or dust marks on the body or background—considered unavoidable due to material characteristics—may not be eligible for exchange depending on stock availability.
