🚨Claim Policy (Click!)

- Products purchased during the event application period will be automatically entered, and cancellations or refunds after purchase are not allowed.

- Claims for defects or missing items must be made within 7 days of delivery.

- For exchange requests, please attach an unboxing video and submit it via email (cs@hellolive.tv).

* Claims cannot be processed without an unboxing video or if the video is edited (Including cases where the video is paused or the product is out of the camera frame.)

* Please review the claims policy before recording and submitting your unboxing video and photos.

- Minor spots or scratches that occur during the printing process are not eligible for exchange or refund.

- The outer box serves as a protective cover for the product; scratches and discoloration are not valid reasons for exchange.

Please make sure to review the shipping and claims policies to minimize any inconvenience.

📌 hellolive VIDEO CALL EVENT Notice

• The VIDEO CALL event will be held through the hellolive mobile app (You must sign up for a hellolive account before applying).

• A push notification will be sent before the event begins. Please make sure to enable push notifications in the app settings.

• Participation is only possible with the hellolive account used at the time of application. Account changes after application are not allowed.

• A timer is built into the VIDEO CALL app. Once the allotted time has been used, the call will automatically end. (1min per member, total 5min)

📌 VIDEO CALL Guidelines

• A test call for identity verification will be conducted prior to the event.

- The test call schedule will be sent by email only to the winners.

- If verification is not completed during the designated test call time or if you miss the call, you will not be able to participate in the event.

• For participation, you must bring a valid physical photo ID. Only physical IDs with a photo are accepted. If the applicant’s name does not match the name on the ID, participation in the event will not be permitted.

※ Valid forms of identification are:

- Korean Nationals: Passport, Resident Registration Card, Driver’s License, Youth Card (issued at community centers), Mobile ID (Government24, Ministry of the Interior & Safety & Korean National Police Agency, PASS), Resident Registration Card Issuance Confirmation Document

- Non-Korean Nationals: Passport, Alien Registration Card (Issued by the Korean Government)

* IDs other than those listed above will not be accepted (student ID, copies, photos, resident registration certificate, etc.).

Photos of IDs, printed copies, or screenshots of mobile IDs are not accepted. You may be asked to launch the official mobile ID app for verification.

* Only the physical ID that matches the information submitted during the event application—showing the name, date of birth, and photo—can be used for verification. Participation may be restricted if the information does not match.

* All IDs must be physical cards with valid (unexpired) expiration dates.

* If the photo attached to the ID does not resemble the participant or is damaged and difficult to verify, the ID will not be accepted.

IDs with information that cannot be identified will not be recognized as valid.

* For Korean nationals, the ID must clearly display a photo, full name, and date of birth (6 digits) and must be issued by a government authority.

* For ID issuance confirmation documents, the official seal of the issuing institution must be included, and personal details such as the photo, issuance number, and validity period must be covered with a transparent security sticker. Items suspected of forgery or alteration may not be accepted.

* If a participant entered the event using a name other than the English name on their passport, additional verification with an ID that includes both a photo and the non-English name may be requested at the venue. Please prepare accordingly.

* Additional questions or secondary verification may be required to prevent the use of transferred or forged IDs.

* Participants under the age of 14 must submit a legal guardian's consent at the time of application. If the participant is under 14 years old, please contact hellolive (cs@hellolive.tv). Please check all guidelines carefully to avoid any disadvantages.

• The VIDEO CALL will proceed in order, and participants will join when the video call is made during their turn.

• You must remain in the chatroom until your turn; otherwise, the call will not be connected.

• If the content of the VIDEO CALL is deemed inappropriate, the event may be forcibly terminated during the call.

• If anyone other than the winner appears or intervenes during the VIDEO CALL, the call may be forcibly terminated by the artist or staff. Only the winner is allowed on screen; if more than one person appears, the call will be ended immediately.

• To ensure the artist’s safety, an event staff member will supervise the session, and all video call sessions will be recorded. If, during the event, the winner engages in inappropriate behavior or sudden actions—including the use of profanity, vulgar language, sexual expressions, or defamation of the artist—the call will be forcibly terminated without prior notice. The recorded content will be handled as follows:

- Purpose of Collection and Use: Operation and management of the video call fansign event

- Items Collected and Used: Entire contents of the video call

- Retention and Usage Period: Within 7 days after the fansign event ends, or the preservation period required by relevant laws

* The collected personal information will be used solely for event operation and will be destroyed without delay once the purpose of use has been fulfilled.

• The autograph will be written using either the winner’s name or one nickname, and only one option may be used. Names and nicknames cannot be mixed. For nicknames, the same nickname must be used for all members. Please note that inappropriate nicknames may be restricted by the staff.

(Korean or English / within 10 characters / only basic emojis such as hearts or stars are allowed)

• Personal message (PS) requests are not allowed, and unreasonable requests beyond album signing are also prohibited. If a participant continues to make inappropriate or uncomfortable requests to the artist, the connection will be terminated.

• The signed albums will be prepared at the VIDEO CALL event. One of the albums you purchased will be signed and shipped.

• Signed albums will be shipped together with your original order after the event, so please note that delivery may be delayed.
